About The Role
We are seeking a meticulous Accounting Specialist to join our finance team onsite in Purbalingga. In this role, you will handle essential accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial records and reporting. You will play a key role in supporting the Perusahaan’s financial integrity by managing accounts, overseeing reconciliations, and assisting in audits. This Posisi is ideal for a professional with a strong accounting background who thrives in a structured and collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Perusahaan policies.
• Work with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and control budget alLokasis and expenditures.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist, Accountant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
