Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for market development, product sales, customer development and maintenance, brand promotion, and market information collection for Yizumi's injection molding machines and related products in the Indonesian market;

2. Primarily responsible for developing and selling to Chinese-funded clients in Indonesia, establishing a positive image within the Chinese business community;

3. Develop individual sales plans annually and assist superiors in formulating sales strategies for the Indonesian market and subsidiary operational plans;

4. Lead the Indonesian sales team in pursuing key clients, participating in important order negotiations, and responsible for daily sales management;

5. Develop and maintain relationships with local agents and distributors in Indonesia;

6. Regularly visit key clients and establish strong client relationships;

7. Provide product training and sales guidance to new sales staff;

Job Qualifications

Experience & Background

2+ years of sales experience in injection molding machines or related industries

Knowledge & Skills

1. Previous work experience in injection molding machines or related industries

2. Experience in sales or marketing Posisis

3. Experience leading a team or in a management role is preferred

4. Experience working in a medium to large-sized enterprise

Abilities & Qualities

1. Strong customer communication and business acumen, with excellent teamwork spirit;

2. Fluent in reading and writing both Chinese and English;

3. Proficient in using office software such as WORD, EXCEL, and PPT;

Education & Major

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Mechanical engineering or related majors preferred;

Other Requirements

1. Preference will be given to those who can work and live in Indonesia long-term;

2. Willing to work permanently in Indonesia;

3. Driver's license;

4. Strong job stability in the past.
