Main Responsibilities1. Manage the arrival and departure of ships, ensure loading and unloading takes place smoothly, and regulate ship movements within the port.2. Provide adequate facilities and safety procedures for ships, cargo, and workers at the port.3. Analyze operational data to improve efficiency, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.4. Responsible for developing team members through various means, such as mentoring, coaching, counseling, etc.

5. Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with port regulations, safety standards, and Perusahaan policies.

6. Lead, develop, and supervise operational teams through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.

7. Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth port operations.

8. Handle customer service matters and key stakeholder relationships related to port and cargo operations.

General Responsibilities1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Perusahaan from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in any major.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in stevedoring, port operations, logistics, or shipping.

3. Strong managerial and leadership capabilities.

5. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
