About the Role

Production Scheduling: Plan and control production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines. Material Requirement Planning: Ensure raw materials and components are available for production without delays.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and prevent shortages.
• Capacity Planning: Analyze machine and labor capacity to align with production targets.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to synchronize supply chain activities.
• Data Reporting: Generate reports on production progress, material usage, and inventory status.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
• Experience in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
• Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mills, Mojokerto, East Java.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, MS Excel, and production planning software.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory data.
