ACCOUNTING AND TAX OFFICER (DUMAI)

What Youll Do:

  • Prepare and submit accurate tax reports (PPN, PPh, withholding taxes) monthly and annually.

  • PPN restitution process

  • Reconcile tax records with the general ledger, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.

  • Manage and operate tax e-systems (e-Faktur, e-SPT, e-Billing, e-Filing, coretax).

  • Keep abreast of updates in tax regulations and ensure company practices comply fully.

  • Work closely with finance, accounting, and external auditors to support tax audits and inquiries.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Taxation.

  • 1-3 years of experience in tax roles—preferably in agribusiness, export-import, or bonded zone settings.

  • Familiarity with e-tax platforms (e-Faktur, e-SPT, etc.) and strong Excel skills.

  • Tax Brevet A & B certification is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, with strong communication skills
