We are seeking for a Operation Manager (Co-Working) who can plans and executes events, fosters community engagement, manages vendors, and enhances BWorks (our Coworking Space) brand. BWork is a vibrant coworking ecosystem designed for digital nomads, entrepreneurs, and remote professionals who seek high-performance workspaces in a community-driven environment. With expansion to Uluwatu and integration of BLive Coworking under BWorks operational management, we aim to deliver seamless, high-quality coworking experiences through unified standards and execution.

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage all sports and activity programs (wall climbing, MMA, surfing, etc.).

2. Recruit, schedule, and supervise activity instructors/coaches.

3. Ensure safety standards and protocols are strictly followed.

4. Oversee maintenance and readiness of activity facilities and equipment.

5. Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.

6. Manage bookings, customer inquiries, and feedback.

7. Track participation rates and revenue, prepare reports.

8. Foster a welcoming, engaging, and safe environment for participants.

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience managing sports or activity programs.

3. Knowledge of safety and instruction standards in wall climbing, MMA, surfing, or similar.

4. Strong organizational and team leadership skills.

5. Excellent customer service skills.

6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

7. Strong leadership and communication.

8. Physical fitness and stamina.

9. 2+ years in sports facility or adventure activity management.

10. Familiarity with instructor hiring, scheduling, and safety inspections.

11. Understanding of liability waivers, emergency procedures, and safety gear standards.
