A Motor Rental Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Accountant (Full-time)

 Responsibilities:

• Create and implement primary accounting documentation (invoices, receipts, expense claims, etc.

• Design and deploy automated workflows and reporting tools using Excel, Notion or cloud-based solutions

• Set up accounting processes that scale with company growth

• Record and reconcile all financial transactions including purchases, sales, commissions and returns (e.g., from marketplaces or POS)

• Calculate taxes and ensure timely submission of all required filings and payments

• Stay updated with relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure full compliance

• Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards for internal use

• Monitor inventory levels and integrate warehouse activity into the accounting system 

• Prepare and process monthly payroll including BPJS and tax calculations 

• Implement and document accounting templates, tools and systems that improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven at least 3 years of experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role

  • Excellent in written and spoken English communication

  • Strong knowledge of taxation and compliance

  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with Notion (or ability to learn quickly)

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to details

  • Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment
