The Role:

As our Admissions Officer, you will be the welcoming face of Bunda Mulia School, playing a pivotal role in guiding prospective families through their journey to becoming part of our community. You will work closely under the direction of the Marketing Manager, implementing innovative online and offline strategies to attract and engage new students and their families. Your mission will be to clearly convey the unparalleled educational experience we offer, foster genuine connections, and inspire confidence in our schools unique strengths, leading to successful enrollment.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with prospective families through various channels, including personalized school tours, insightful information sessions, open houses and community events.

• Develop and execute targeted outreach initiatives, leveraging both digital platforms and traditional methods, to generate interest and inquiries.

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective families, actively listening to their needs, addressing their questions thoughtfully, and providing comprehensive information about our curriculum, values, and vibrant student life.

• Collaborate effectively with the Marketing Manager to align admissions efforts with broader school marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive message.

• Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and positive experience for all applicants.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all admissions activities and pipeline progression.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in admissions, customer relations, or a client-facing role, preferably within an educational setting where relationship-building was key.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
