Affilate Specialist

Job Description:

• Review and approve product samples that will be used for promotional purposes on TikTok Shop and Shopee

• Identify and reach out to potential new creators or influencers, introduce them to the affiliate program

• Monitor, compile, and report affiliate sales data regularly to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Configure and update general (open) commission rates available to all affiliates on platforms like TikTok Shop or Shopee.

• Set special commission rates for specific creators or under TAP MCN (Multi-Channel Network) agreements to support campaigns or strategic partnerships.

• Handle the submission of selected products into the TAP MCN system so that affiliated creators under the MCN can promote and sell them.

• Organize and update a database listing all sample products available for affiliates, including tracking who received which samples.

• Coordinate campaigns with KOLs on TikTok Shop, including product placements, content planning, and performance monitoring.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to the MCN, including communication, coordination, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Experience 3 years in affiliate marketing or KOL management

• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, and MCN systems

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Able to analyze and report performance data

• Up-to-date with social media trends, especially TikTok

• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
