Requirements:1. Minimum 2 years in customer service, or dispute or paymentbackground

2. Educational Background Min D3 all literature with GPA min 2.75 preferred

3. English min. B1 level

4. Have logical reasoning and customer empathy

5. E-commerce platform, Complaint Resolution, customer service, aftersales consulting related work experience is preferred.

6. Willing to place in Yogyakarta

7. Can join as soon as possible

Job Description:1. Investigate dispute cases raised by buyers or sellers

2.Provide effective solution accordinto to Client Return Policy and local regulation

3. Negotiate between buyers and sellers to ensure solution provided is aligned and accepted to avoid repeated

contacts

4. Approve/Reject refund request from buyers via ORF [Online Return Form]

5. Handle escalation case from buyer related to refund status, offline refuns & refund withdrawal request X

6.Verify failed refund by the system, then route to refund agents to verify and approve/reject X

7. Working with Online-pay when there is charge back complaint from buyers
