Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for an Electronic Technician with the following requirements:

Qualifications:

• Technical High School (SMK) Graduates majoring in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electronic Technician or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of electronic systems, troubleshooting techniques, and the application of control logic in building operations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams.
• Proficient in operating computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for electronic equipment.

Job Descriptions:

• Operate and maintain mechanical and electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer convenience.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to applicable schedules and procedures.
• Monitor, inspect, and troubleshoot systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Handle and respond to equipment issues, alarms, and service requests promptly.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Monitor control room systems (BAS, Fire Alarm, Gas Detector, Lift, Sound System, Network) for optimum operation.
• Record and report maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and spare part utilization.
• Provide exceptional service to tenants and internal teams.
