About the role

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our talented team at PT TGM EXPERIENCE INDONESIA in Bandung, West Java. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for the preparation and baking of high-quality breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a hands-on role that plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What youll be doing

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer specifications

• Ensure baked goods meet quality standards for taste, texture, and appearance

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all food safety and hygiene protocols

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing products

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies as needed

What were looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a commercial kitchen setting

• Strong baking skills and knowledge of various baking techniques and equipment

• Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely to ensure consistent product quality

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Passion for baking and creating delicious, visually appealing baked goods

• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
