About the role

Join our passionate team at Jhoii Local Eats as a Barista in our vibrant café located in Sanur, Bali. As a full-time Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and beverages to delight our customers and contribute to the overall experience at our café.

What youll be doing

1. Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages

2. Ensuring high-quality drink preparation and presentation

3. Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

4. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area

5. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment

6. Collaborating with the wider team to deliver a seamless customer experience

What were looking for

1. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

2. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over methods, and latte art

3. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences

4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
