The Role

We are looking for a junior Marketing Content Specialist with strong design foundations and a genuine creative eye. You will execute content under the direction of our Marketing Manager, but this is not a purely mechanical role. You need to bring taste, craft, and initiative to every brief you receive.

A core part of this role is owning our AI photography generation process. You will develop expertise in producing high-quality AI-generated imagery and combine that capability with traditional design skills to produce content that looks and feels premium.

What You Will Do

•   Produce all graphic design output using Canva and AI tools across social assets, EDM templates, campaign materials, and any other brand collateral required

•   Own the AI photography generation process end to end, developing expertise in producing campaign-quality imagery

•   Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and iterate on visual content at pace

•   Edit reels and short-form video content using CapCut and related tools

•   Retouch and colour-grade imagery using Photoshop and Lightroom

•   Produce performance marketing assets to specifications set by our e-commerce lead, ensuring content is correctly formatted and optimised for paid channels

•   Schedule and publish content across social media channels according to the marketing calendar

•   Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all output

•   Turn around revisions quickly and without friction

What We're Looking For

•   1 to 3 years of experience in content production, graphic design, or a related creative role

•   Bachelors degree

•   Strong graphic design and layout skills, this is foundational and non-negotiable

•   Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, and CapCut

•   A genuine creative eye and aesthetic sensibility, you can tell what looks elevated and what does not

•   Hands-on proficiency with or strong curiosity about AI content and image generation tools

•   Familiarity with performance marketing asset requirements is a plus

•   Good English communication skills, written and spoken

•   Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive

•   Comfortable taking direction and executing to a brief with precision

• This is not a role for someone who relies entirely on AI to do the creative thinking. The tools accelerate your output. Your taste and craft are what make that output good.
