Business Development Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in or out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedures

• Maintain and share, as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import/export law procedures, tariffs, and duties.

• Managed working directly with customs, other government agencies, carriers, customers, vendors, and all related parties concerning the export/import process.

• Maintain 100% time submission for report to customs, Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Trade for import export activities

• Maintain a 100% level of compliance with any related government agencies, such as local and other applicable foreign agencies, and verify that all government and agency compliance and regulatory requirements are properly addressed

• Manage the necessary documentation and online form for efficient, cost- effective, and lawful execution of all import/export activities.

• Manage export transactions, including all related activities for an assigned base of accounts

• Review all entries, client invoice packages, and file record keeping prior to submitting to Procurement Section Head for payment and final review.

• Settle disagreements and reconcile differing positions through fact and understanding. Find common ground through mutually beneficial solutions.

• Maintain teamwork between internal departments related to export and import activities

• Update all new regulations from each government body.

• Participate and support customs and other government agencies in their compliance, control intervention, or education program when appropriate.

• Prepare and align with other related departments (internal & external) for customs audit purposes.

• perform and ensure all work is done in accordance with SOP, compliance, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from Management/ Economy/ Industrial Engineering.

• Having at least 10 years of working experience in Multinational or Major Indonesian company

• Experienced in import and export at least for 5 years handling Fertilizer commodity is preferable

• Fluent in Indonesian and English is a MUST.

• Fluent in Korean is an advantage

• Willing to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta.
