About the role

As a Business Development professional at PT Tiktech Media Nusantara, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying strategic partnership opportunities to expand the companys reach and revenue within the North Jakarta Jakarta region. This full-time role will see you working closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and convert high-value leads, ensuring the company achieves its ambitious growth targets.

What youll be doing

  1. Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development activities

  2. Qualifying and nurturing leads to understand their needs and pain points

  3. Developing and delivering persuasive sales pitches and presentations to secure new business

  4. Negotiating contract terms and closing deals with new clients

  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns

  6. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline data

  7. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients

  8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

What were looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a business development or new sales role.

  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders

  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence to handle objections and secure deals

  4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

  5. Highly organised and driven, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

  6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

  7. Fluent in english
