Youll be the analytical force that works closely with our sales team to unearth crucial insights and data for perfecting our product-market fit. Your role will involve not only qualifying and screening potential business opportunities but also delving into the nitty-gritty details of requirements and assessing the propensity to buy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You have previous related Business Development & Demand Generation experience of at least 2 years with a focus on outbound strategies in SaaS, Cloud or IT Security enterprise software.
  • You possess a creative mindset.

You have a keen eye for thinking outside the box to develop innovative sales prospecting and marketing ideas and campaigns.

  • Youre customer-centric.

You are passionate about our customers and will work relentlessly to prioritise their needs in every decision you make.

  • You are an analytical thinker and comfortable with talking numbers.

You will analyse data to identify trends and communicate appropriately to sales management. You will also provide recommendations and best practices for emerging online marketing opportunities and tactics that assist in achieving Larks business goals. You should be comfortable with numbers and be able to evaluate and report on the ROI of all initiatives. Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have prior startup experience, showcasing your adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Youre down-to-earth and willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to tackle tasks, no matter how big or small.

  • You have knowledge of using SFDC, HubSpot, Outreach, and other similar tools.
  • Youre passionate and possess strong curiosity.

You enjoy learning; staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and bringing innovative ideas to the business.

  • You are bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia languages, which are required to liaise with external customers within the region.
