A Private Family in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Butler (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily personalized assistance to the family as well as ensuring tasks align with their lifestyle, routines and preferences

• Welcome and attend to guests with exceptional hospitality, maintaining a polite, discreet and professional demeanor at all times

• Oversee and coordinate household staff (e.g., housekeepers, chef, drivers, gardeners) to ensure seamless operations and high service standards

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the villa at all times

• Serve meals and beverages according to fine dining standards; work closely with the private chef to understand family preferences and dietary requirements

• Assist with wardrobe management, including packing/unpacking for travel and laundry care for delicate and high-end garments

• Run personal errands, manage reservations (e,g., dining, medical, travel) and handle shopping tasks efficiently and with confidentiality

• Monitor and manage household inventory; ensure necessary supplies are always stocked

• Embody and uphold the values of respect, integrity, loyalty and discretion in all responsibilities and interactions

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Butler or in a similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Background or formal training in hospitality or luxury service is highly preferred

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented and proactive mindset

• High level of discretion, trustworthiness and cultural sensitivity

• Well-groomed appearance, polished presentation and impeccable manners

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and to travel as needed

• Familiarity with fine dining etiquette, wardrobe care and premium household items
