Creative Designer & Content Editor

Surabaya Timur | On-site

Level: Junior–Mid Level

Miniletics is looking for a Creative Designer & Content Editor to create strong visual content for social media, campaigns, and marketing materials.

This role is mainly for someone with a graphic design background, but we are looking for someone who is also agile in thinking and execution.

Preferred if you can:

• give creative ideas and input
• understand basic storytelling for content
• give light copy/headline input
• edit short-form videos

Responsibilities:

• Design social media and campaign visuals
• Translate briefs into clear, on-brand visual outputs or short video outputs
• Support content and product storytelling through design
• Collaborate with content/marketing team
• Revise quickly and improve based on feedback
• Edit short videos for Reels/TikTok/Shorts (preferred)

Requirements:

• Experience in graphic/creative design for minimum 1 year
• Strong visual taste and layout sense
• Proficient in Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva or similar
• Able to use Capcut or Edits for shorts videos
• Fast, responsible, and open to feedback
• Video editing skill is a plus
• Copywriting skill is a plus
• Interest in fashion / activewear / lifestyle is a plus
