Key responsibilities.

• Keep projects flowing between Creative and Account teams; ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Manage timelines, flag risks early, and help the team stay on track.
• Track incoming briefs, assign job numbers, and keep our workflow systems up to date.
• Liaise with teams to clarify requirements and deadlines.
• Support documentation and reporting for job status and delivery.

A bit about you:

• At least 1 year of experience in admin or traffic coordination (agency background a plus).
• Naturally organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure.
• Familiar with project management or workflow tools.
• A proactive problem-solver who loves helping others work better together.
