Position: Cook (F)

Qualifications:

1. Minimum SMK or equivalent; Diploma (D3) in Hospitality or related fields preferred

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

3. Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)

4. Able to cook both Western and Indonesian dishes

5. Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food hygiene

6. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

7. Customer service oriented, proactive, and willing to learn

8. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines

2. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards

3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area

4. Ensure proper storage and maintain the freshness of all raw materials

5. Assist in menu planning, be willing to develop new dishes or products, and contribute ideas for improvement

6. Monitor kitchen inventory and inform the leader when supplies need to be replenished

7. Coordinate with other kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

8. Follow all standard operating procedures and comply with health and safety standards
