We are looking for a creative and skilled Pastry-Bakery Chef who can craft innovative plant-based desserts and baked goods that delight our guests while staying true to our values of health, sustainability, and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality plant-based pastries, breads, and desserts

• Work with the Head Chef to innovate new recipes that align with plant-based, wholesome, and sustainable dining concepts

• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality in all baked and pastry products

• Manage daily kitchen operations for pastry and bakery section, including preparation, production, and storage

• Monitor stock levels, handle ordering, and minimize waste in the bakery section

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations

• Train, guide, and motivate kitchen team members in pastry and bakery preparation

• Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special items for events or promotions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Bakery Chef, preferably in a plant-based or health-focused concept

• Strong knowledge of plant-based ingredients, substitutes, and baking techniques

• Creativity in developing desserts and baked goods that are both nutritious and appealing

• Ability to manage time, multitask, and lead a small team efficiently

• Commitment to sustainability, quality, and guest satisfaction

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Ubud

• Available to start immediately
