Client Project Manager - Custom Furniture

Location: Bali, Indonesia - at Predmet Furniture factory

Employment Type: on-site

🔹 Responsibilities:

 • Manage client projects from the first inquiry to final delivery and installation

 • Collect and clarify all client requirements (dimensions, materials, style, deadlines)

 • Prepare technical briefs for the design and production teams

 • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and pricing with clients

 • Supervise project execution across all stages: design, production, logistics, installation

 • Use CRM systems (e.g. Mekari Qontak, Barantum, Jojonomic CRM) to track communications, files, and project status

 • Organize online and in-person client meetings for approvals and updates

 • Collaborate with internal teams: design, production, logistics, accounting

🔹 Requirements:

 • 2+ years of experience in project management in furniture, interior design, or construction

 • Strong communication and client service skills

 • Familiarity with CRM systems (especially local or Southeast Asian platforms)

 • Basic understanding of furniture production processes

 • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

 • Fluent in English (spoken and written), minimum B2 level — daily communication with international clients is required

 • Willing to work on-site at our factory in Bali
