CNC - Computer Numerical Control Milling Machine Operator

What youll be doing

1. Operate and monitor CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components according to specified technical drawings and instructions

2. Set up and adjust milling machines, including changing cutting tools, adjusting speeds and feeds, and making other necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance

3. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the CNC milling machines to maintain their optimal condition

4. Inspect finished parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards

5. Document and record production data, including machine settings, production quantities, and any issues or defects encountered

6. Work closely with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

What were looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment

2. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process

4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards

5. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance on CNC milling machines

6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
