PT Nipsea Paint And Chemicals NIPPON PAINT Commercial Development Program (CDP) is an apprenticeship development programme to build a pool of dynamic, ambitious and talented people who propose and involve in strategic projects, learn and become the future leaders. 

This dynamic entry-level role will initially be responsible for learning the key components of our product knowledge, business and communications techniques, and cross-train with all team members.

Perfect Candidate:

• Bachelors Degree with minimum 3.2/4 or 8/10 GPA (with supporting documents) from reputable university

• 0 - 1 - year work experience

• Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia

• A proven active involvement in co-curriculum activities

• Critical thinking & good student attitude (ability & willingness to ask and learn)

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Ready to start journey on November 2025

• You will also need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme as your rotations could be based at different business units across Indonesia - especially West Indonesia Area (Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Sumatera Area)
