Community Specialist
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned existing community members, ensuring active participation and satisfaction.
Implement community activation programs and collaborative activities in line with the community strategy.
Support the execution of community engagement strategies developed by the Community Manager.
Conduct regular communications with community members through various digital channels (e.g., social media, email, messaging apps).
Interact and build strong, lasting relationships with community members to foster loyalty and engagement.
Assist in the planning and execution of collaborative activities with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify community presence.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistical and technical operations during events and activations.
Collect and compile data related to community and KOL performance for internal reporting and strategy evaluation.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in community management, marketing, or event coordination (preferably in lifestyle or banking sectors).
Having creative mindset with the ability to craft content and engagement strategies tailored to Korean Culture and Gaming Trends
Deep interest or experience in Korean pop culture (K-pop, K-drama, K-beauty, or Korean lifestyle trends) and gaming culture, especially mobile and online games.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with digital engagement platforms and social media tools.
