Job Title: Cook - Indonesian & Western Cuisine

Location: Nuanu Creative City, Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indonesian and Western dishes.

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet our standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.

• Manage inventory of ingredients and report when supplies are low.

• Work closely with the service team to deliver meals on time.

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook/chef in a restaurant, café, or villa.

• Knowledge of both Indonesian and Western cuisine preferred.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

• Basic English communication is required.
