Key responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements and legal instruments

  • Providing regulatory, corporate, and commercial advice to support the implementation of strategic initiatives

  • Legal research regarding daily business activities (as required)

  • Identifying and mitigating legal risks

  • Keep up to date with any regulation which relevant to the company business activities as well as conducting legal research and making summary of regulations. 

What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree graduate of Law from reputable University

  • 4-5 years experience as corporate legal/legal inhouse/law firm

  • Experience in retail industry would be preferred

  • Proficient in spoken and written English

  • Has experience in legal matter and Litigation

  • Able to handle legal assistance, legal compliance, contract management and licensing or permit

  • Having a PERADI license and an Advocate card is preferred.

  • Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk
