Sales Strategy and Targets:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.

Negotiation and Contracting:

  • Negotiate corporate contracts, bulk bookings, long-term stays, and group rates.

  • Ensure contracts are profitable and align with the hotels revenue management strategies.
