Open Position for Cost Accountant Staff - Entry Level

Cost Accountant Staff: Supports accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; Inventory and running software programs.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Calculate and analyze costs of fabric, accessories, and production activities

·        Record journal entries related to cost components and petty cash

·        Monitor and verify purchase and production transactions in Xero

·        Prepare monthly Cost of Production and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports

·        Review of all related factory and production expenses

·        Ensure accuracy and completeness of all cost-related journal entries

Qualifications:

·        Bachelors degree in accounting or finance

·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

·        Good understanding of basic accounting and journal entries

·        Detail-oriented and accurate in calculations and data checking

·        Able to prepare cost of production reports and handle monthly closing

·        Experience with accounting software like Xero is a plus

·        Able to work independently and as part of a team

·        Able to join immediately

Working Hours: 08.30 AM to 05.30 PM, 5 days a week.
