About the role

Join the dynamic team at English 1 Batam as a Course Consultant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding prospective students through the process of selecting the right educational courses to help them achieve their goals. Based in Batam, Riau Islands, this position plays a crucial part in the overall success of the company.

What youll be doing

1. Engage with potential students to understand their educational needs and interests

2. Provide detailed information about the range of courses offered by English 1 Batam

3. Assist students in selecting the most appropriate courses that align with their career aspirations

4. Guide students through the application and enrolment process

5. Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective students

6. Contribute to the growth and development of the business by identifying new sales opportunities

7. Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times

What were looking for

1. Proven sales experience, preferably in the education or service industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

3. A keen interest in education and a passion for helping others achieve their goals

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

5. Proficient in using relevant software and technology to support your work

6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
