Position: Customer Care DigitalWork Location: Badung - Denpasar, Bali

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide the best solutions for customer inquiries and issues.

  • Record and manage customer information accurately in the system.

  • Follow company procedures and guidelines in handling calls and customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/S1 in Communication Science, Management, English Literature, English Education, Informatics Engineering, or Information Systems.

  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.

  • Strong team player with high customer service orientation.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Flexible with work schedules, including shifts and weekends.

  • Preferable Domicile on Bali, Surabaya , anda Nusa Tenggara
