Position: Customer Care DigitalWork Location: Badung - Denpasar, Bali
ResponsibilitiesReceive and handle incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide the best solutions for customer inquiries and issues.
Record and manage customer information accurately in the system.
Follow company procedures and guidelines in handling calls and customer inquiries.
Minimum education: D3/S1 in Communication Science, Management, English Literature, English Education, Informatics Engineering, or Information Systems.
Good command of English, both verbal and written.
Strong team player with high customer service orientation.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Flexible with work schedules, including shifts and weekends.
Preferable Domicile on Bali, Surabaya , anda Nusa Tenggara
