Job Level: Managerial

Salary Range: IDR 10,000,000 - 15,000,000

Overview:

INITIA Group is seeking a forward-thinking and highly organized Assistant Project Manager - F&B to lead the growth and execution of new business ventures across our Food & Beverage brands in Indonesia.

This is a strategic role that combines project management, operations, marketing, and brand development, supporting the launch of new concepts from planning through successful opening. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing project timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of new business initiatives in line with the Perusahaan's expansion plans.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project execution for new F&B business concepts, including renovations, branding, licensing, and market entry
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, outlet managers, contractors, and external vendors
  • Provide recommendations on concept Posisiing, brand identity, and pre-launch marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with commercial kitchen equipment suppliers and vendors to source, procure, and install equipment for new outlet openings.
  • Manage project timelines related to commercial kitchen equipment procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning.
  • Liaise with equipment suppliers to ensure compliance with operational requirements, budget, and project specifications.
  • Support cross-functional teams in executing promotional and activation plans prior to opening
  • Ensure operational readiness for all new business launches
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including permits, contracts, and renovation schedules
  • Serve as the main point of contact for pre-launch and post-launch project requirements
Job Specifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
  • Experience in hospitality, wellness, retail, or F&B industry is highly preferred
  • Proven experience managing new outlet openings, renovations, or concept development projects
  • Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment suppliers, manufacturers, or distributors is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment procurement, installation, and project coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian licensing and business permit processes is preferred
  • Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Mandarin or Korean language skills are an advantage
  • Successfully propose and execute 1-2 new F&B concepts annually
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets
  • Submit monthly progress updates on project milestones and operational readiness
  • Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments throughout each project phase
  • Support successful business openings with minimal operational delays
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
