Daily Worker Waitress

About the role

We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Daily Worker Waitress to join our vibrant team at Fas a Fas Bakery & Café in Ubud, Bali. This contract role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.

What youll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely fashion

• Ensuring tables are clean, well-stocked and presentable at all times

• Handling cash and credit card transactions

• Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area

What were looking for

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role in the Hospitality & Tourism industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Basic math skills to handle cash and credit card transactions
