About the roleIn this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various online channels. Working from our Tangerang Banten office, you will be a key player in shaping the digital marketing strategy for the bank and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful campaigns.

What youll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, online advertising, and the company website

  2. Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation and content creation to performance tracking and optimisation

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives

  4. Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to inform future strategies

  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the banks online presence and engagement

  6. Contribute to the development of the overall digital marketing strategy and provide recommendations for improvement

What were looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management, preferably from Banking / Financial services industry

  2. Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and analytics tools

  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and insights

  5. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering innovative digital campaigns

  6. Willing to be located at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
