Position : E-commerce Staff - Ami Hospitality

Job Description:

  • Handle online & offline sales channels (OTA, direct booking, corporate)

  • Update rates and content on OTA platforms

  • Create and monitor online promotions

  • Maintain relationships with travel agents and corporate clients

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews

  • Support in achieving sales targets and monthly budget

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in Sales or E-commerce in the hospitality industry

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Familiar with OTA extranets

  • Basic content creation and social media management skills are a plus

  • Able to work in a small team with multitasking ability

  • Honest, detail-oriented, and sales-driven
