Engineer for Building and Warehouse Projects

Expertise In:- Civil/Structural Engineering- Geotechnical Engineering- Architecture- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineering- Infrastructure Engineering

Responsibilities:- Civil/Structural Engineers: Design and analyze structural elements, ensuring safety and stability according to project requirements and regulations.- Geotechnical Engineers: Conduct soil investigations, foundation design, and geotechnical assessments to ensure site suitability.- Architects: Develop design concepts, architectural plans, and layouts while ensuring aesthetic and functional aspects.- MEP Engineers: Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for efficiency and compliance with standards.- Infrastructure Engineers: Plan and develop roadways, drainage, and utility networks to support the overall project.

Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering- Proficiency in relevant industry software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plaxis, Revit, etc.)- Strong knowledge of codes, regulations, and best practices in the respective field- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure project integration- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills- Having SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja) is a plus
