About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join PT. Momenta Prima Cemerlang on a contract basis. As an Engineering professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the companys operations and infrastructure projects in Batam, Riau Islands. This role offers flexibility with the contract work type, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively.

What youll be doing

• Providing technical expertise and design solutions for the companys civil and structural engineering projects

• Conducting site inspections, analysing data, and preparing detailed engineering reports

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline

• Identifying and addressing potential engineering challenges, and proposing innovative solutions

• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices

What were looking for

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the civil/structural engineering industry

• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered

• Demonstrated expertise in structural design, materials selection, and project management

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools

• Knowledge of local regulations and building codes
