Engineering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance tasks for all restaurant facilities (kitchen, bar, dining area, restrooms, etc.)

  • Perform and oversee preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical systems, and kitchen equipment

  • Respond quickly to emergency repairs and technical issues

  • Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Maintain logs, inspection records, and reports

  • Liaise with external vendors or contractors when necessary

  • Support and train junior maintenance staff as needed

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality (restaurant, hotel, or resort)

  • Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Experience managing or supervising a small team

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required

  • Familiar with emergency procedures and safety protocols

  • Able to work under pressure in a high-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills for maintenance reports and logs
