Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Possess a positive attitude, strong empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Basic computer and internet literacy.

  • Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays, as needed).

  • Strong customer satisfaction orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer challenges.

  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and adhere to Average Handle Time (AHT) targets in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer problems.
