Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, banquet, or related roles, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute memorable events
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of event management software is an advantage
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Team player with a customer focused approach
