EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF - BALI

  1. Min. D3 or S1 degree majoring in Culinary Art or Hospitality Management or related field

  2. Min. 5 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level or Sous Chef role

  3. Strong leadership skills and team management skills

  4. Excellent knowledge of plant-based foods, international and local fusion cuisines

  5. Skills in cost control, menu planning and inventory management

  6. Creative and innovative in menu development and food presentation

  7. Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices

  8. Adaptive to fast-changing market trends and evolving customer behavior

  9. Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain consistency in food quality standards

  10. Passionate, disciplined and detail oriented

  11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  12. Proficient in English spoken and written

  13. Willing to be placed in Kuta, Bali
