Export Import (Exim) Officer - (DUMAI)

• Preparing all relevant document for incoming and out going material as per Indonesia regulation (BC 4.0, BC 2.0, BC 2.3, BC 3.0, Form 3D, BC 2.7, BC 2.5, PPBE, etc) either within bonded zone or without bonded zone facility

• Liaise with Ministry of Trade, Customs, port authorities, and forwarders to meet all regulatory and export standards.

• Coordinate jetty operations for outgoing shipments—monitoring loading, schedules, and export clearance.

• Ensure all CPO export procedures adhere to Ministry and Customs regulations.

• Track shipment progress and resolve any compliance or documentation issues swiftly

What Were Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in export-import documentation and customs processes; experience in a bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) is a strong plus

• Knowledge: Solid understanding of Indonesian customs (BC) codes and export logistics.

• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication both internally and with external parties.

• Personality: Pro-active problem solver, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Willing to be relocated in Dumai.
