Finance Staff (SAP System)
Requirements:• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Economics from reputable universities.• Min. 1 years of working experiences in Finance/Accounting/Treasury Palm Plantation company OR Multinational Company (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)• Experienced using SAP is a PLUS• Proficiency in English both written and spoken is Mandatory• Willing to be placed in SCBD area, South Jakarta.
Job descriptions:• Daily Cash flow report, Daily financial report to portal, input daily transaction to a journal SAP system. • Monitor and verify cash in & out, Maintain GL ensure all transaction are recorded correctly.• Maintain files and monitor aging , managing petty cash.• Responsible for Make Weekly and monthly financial report, Bank reconcile, collection activity AR status and cash forecast.• Preparing payment by using SAP system such regular payment, tax, salary and interest loan payment.• Maintain Banking relationship, has network / connection with bank relative.• Know about document and flow process related to credit loan facilities, FX hedging.• Manage document registration of vendor and Process on SAP system and LSS legal approval.
