Fine Art Teacher

Job Summary:

Were seeking a creative and innovative Fine Art Teacher for sister company (PT Kreatif Sejak Dini - Little Art Studio - Pluit ; JAKARTA UTARA).,

Passion to develop and implement a new art curriculum specifically designed for toddlers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a passion for creating engaging and interactive art programs.

Main Responsibility:

- Create a new and innovative art curriculum for toddlers & kids (ages 3-8) that fosters creativity, self-expression, and fine motor skills

- Design engaging and interactive art lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities

- Develop a curriculum that incorporates various art materials and techniques suitable for toddlers

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on best practices in art education for toddlers

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure curriculum alignment

- Develop assessment tools to evaluate student progress and curriculum effectiveness

- Implement and refine the curriculum based on feedback and assessment results

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching fine art to young children (toddlers or preschoolers)

- Knowledge of child development and art education principles

- Ability to create engaging and interactive art lessons

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Early Childhood Education, Art Education, or related field

- Experience with curriculum development and implementation

- Knowledge of various art materials and techniques suitable for toddlers
