About Us
La Boutique Luxs Villas is a premium hospitality property in Bali, known for exceptional service and comfort. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team.
Requirements
1. Minimum SMK or equivalent, preferably Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office or Customer Service roles within the hospitality or villa industry.
3. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
4. Proficient in computer use and hospitality software, especially GuestPro PMS.
5. Experienced in handling reservations from OTAs and all booking sources.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, customer service oriented, proactive attitude, and a team player.
7. Willing to work shifts (6 working days, 1 day off), including on public holidays and weekends.
