About the role:As Senior Manager - Finance, Accounting & Tax, you will lead financial operations, including reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and internal controls. Youll work closely with C-level leaders and contribute to key business decisions.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, solid finance and tax expertise, and the ability to deliver clear insights from financial data.

Responsibilities:

·      Manage timely and accurate corporate tax reporting and payments, including PPh, VAT, and other applicable taxes.

·      Prepare, review, and deliver periodic financial reports to the Board of Directors (BOD).

·      Ensure accounting records comply with applicable standards and tax regulations.

·      Monitor company cash flow and perform bank reconciliations.

·      Control project-related and operational expenses.

·      Collaborate cross-functionally to support business strategies.

·      Manage the companys budget and assist decision-making.

·      Lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax team and implement controls.

·      Oversee internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelors and Masters in Accounting/Finance from top universities.

·      Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in finance/accounting/tax.

·      Preferred experience in a holding company or group.

·      Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, tax, budgeting.

·      Understanding of Indonesian accounting/tax regulations.

·      Proficient in Accurate Accounting System; ERP knowledge a plus.

·      Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

·      Good communication and leadership.

·      Audit experience (internal/external).
