GUITAR INSPECTOR
MAIN ROLE OF THE POSITION (Primary Job Role):
Responsible for testing Acoustic / Nylon Guitar products and other musical instruments both in terms of quality and quantity during the final production process to obtain the quality standards required by the company.
MAIN TASKS (Key Tasks):
Quality Control and Quality Assurance: Monitoring all product developments from inception to production including carrying out testing to ensure product quality
Product Documentation: Documenting product testing that has been carried out for company archives including recording all documentation processes regarding products produced to serve as a reference in the future
Production Process Monitoring: Monitoring, analyzing and researching the entire product manufacturing process and ensuring that the quality of the product produced is in accordance with applicable standards.
Product Repair: Repairing products that have production defects and deciding the suitability of the product before the final process
Guitar Tuning: Determining and arranging the notes on the Guitar, with the aim that the resulting tone is standard.
QUALIFICATION (Qualification):
Aged between 25 - 35 years.
Passionate about music, especially the Acoustic / Nylon Guitar instrument.
Have advanced Acoustic / Nylon Guitar playing skills.
Graduated from a reputable University.
Good Speaking and Writing English (is a must)
Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the QA/QC field.
Having QA/QC experience in musical instrument manufacturing is preferred.
Understand the settings of Acoustic / Nylon Guitar musical instruments.
Can work as a team.
Physically and mentally healthy.
Willing to attend tests/recruitment process (offline) and Work at the Pasuruan (PIER).
