What Were Looking For (Head Barista):
- Proven experience as a senior barista, head barista, or in a supervisory role
within a café or hospitality setting.
- Deep passion for coffee, with strong knowledge of beans, roasting, brewing
methods, latte art, and drink customization.
- Leadership skills to train, mentor, and inspire the barista team while
maintaining high morale and productivity.
- Ability to manage daily café operations related to coffee preparation,
workflow, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage warmly with
customers and effectively coordinate with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency in every cup served.
