Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and development of newly established industrial estate
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for estate expansion and tenant acquisition
• Manage day-to-day operations, including maintenance, security, and utilities management, implement and monitor systems for efficient resource utilization and cost control.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns as well as develop and implement tenant retention strategies
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals in various functions and disciplines.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, local communities, and industry stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial estate management, property management, or related field, preferably with experience setting up a new industrial estate
• Knowledgeable in relevant industry standards, regulations, and laws
• Commercial minded, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
• Able to speak English
